Elizabeth 'Lid' Barley is a member or our church that has pursued the call of God on her life to be a missionary to the people of
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia She and her husband, Martin, arepreaching the good news of salvation to those in poverty in Africa.
Together they have gone back to Ethiopia for three years (one term), to give hope to those victims and survivors of poverty and
diseases.

Bill and Ann Clemmer- Missionaries to the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Bill is involved with the team that responds to victims of war crisis as well as epidemic disease outbreaks that occur often.
The team is currently responding to a recent deadly Ebola outbreak that has already claimed many lives. The program has
brought both "the word and hand of God" to populations devastated by a conflict which is estimated to have claimed over four
million lives in the past five years (IRC report).
Ann teaches high school at The American School of Kinshasa (TASOK), where missionary and other expatriate children
attend. Additionally, she continues to work with women's groups including AFESU in Vanga and a Christian based hospice
group providing home care to victims of HIV/AIDS. She still finds time to home school one of their four children. She has
previously served on an international accreditation board which evaluates and accredits similar schools on the African

Dale and Patti have been in ministry over 30 years. They have served as pastors in the US and abroad.
Dale & Patti Downs’ ministry plan is to serve in the area of pastoral care. They will be mentoring, discipling and counseling
Brazilian pastors & their families.

off you meal, that's a $25 value!). All proceeds go to keep our local kids warm this winter. Hats, mittens, and coats will be

Adopt a Family
FBC and the Salvation Army will be teaming up to bring joy to needy children in our area. FBC will be providing a list of children
and their interests so we can bless them with Christmas presents. Additionally, part of FBC's missions money will be going to
